A new insight here... From now on when you post something of Srila Prabhupada tell us your personal reason, point you want to make or what situation you are thinking you want apply it to. This we can have a pitcular point of discussion and not a random idea floating in the air. To discuss we got narrow it down more to a particular focus. For example of this check some of my questions about the posts of Gauragangasundara prabhus posts. Another poupose of this is to get comfortable with seeing that preaching that Srila Prabhupada did and what knowledge he applied were to the times place and circumstances. Can't it be a matter of inspired attraction and personal realization, which path one chooses and not - its gotta be my way or the high way-

Devotee comment: Hundreds of devotees in ISKCON are misled and are deprived of the chance to accept Srila Prabhupada as their spiritual master. They are fooled to accept an unauthorized person as their spiritual master and so all their chanting n seva is of no good as Srila Prabhupada is saying" Without having a bona fide spiritual master you can chant Hare Krishna forever but you will not be able to advance because Krishna does not reveal Himself in this way. “We have to help these misguided souls n tell them that they are Srila Prabhupada disciples. This is the greatest welfare act that will save them.

Gaurahari das: There are many subtle principals at work here that could help shed more light on the situation. It’s not a black and white situation really. It’s not like the IKSKCON devotees don't have Srila Prabhupada's association. His books are there, his murti and his instructions are there and they are being followed. How can we invalidate all that just because they consider Srila Prabhupada as their spiritual Grandfather! I had one disciple of Tamal Krishna tell me last week that she had eight dreams of Srila Prabhupada encouraging her and was so grateful to her Guru who helped her. So it would be wise to tread a bit more carefully in these areas as it’s not an all or nothing, completely wrong with a canned right answer for everyone. Srila Prabhupada quoted these verses 35 or more years for a situation of persons not having any connection with a bonafide Guru. ISKCON disciples have a connection, affection and respect for Srila Prabhupada even though they have been taught to perceive themselves as grand disciples. 
This Ritvik Verse Non Ritvik war will end when both parties tire of fighting Krishna's will in the matter by both sides stop juggling what Srila Prabhupada said in various other situations 35 years ago to win innocent converts over to their side as being the only right way and the other party being wrong way to participate in associating and serving Srila Prabhupada which both parties are doing. Its Krishna will that both ritvik and non ritvik ideologies exist. It is also Krishna will that certain devotees are inspired to follow one way or the other. For leaders endeavor to manipulate the devotees by convincing them by aggressive arguments, the juggling of scriptures and what Srila Prabhupada said in other situations, at other times and places does not accurately portray the real essence of real religious principals pertaining to this particular situation that ISKCON exists now. One of my favorite verses from the past,t which sums up this fixation thats going on right now with the neophyte scholars from all camps who think they know everything about Bhakti Yoga, myself included. May we all realize our foolishness and humbly Chant the holy name and stop criticizing other fools like our own selves. Prabodhana Saraswati Thakur said,

"Talk of impersonal liberation will not become bitter, the shackles of blind adherence to social and Vedic convention will not become loosened, and the tumultuous debate of Vedic scholars on the merits of various useless spiritual paths will continue as long as a devotee who is like a bumblebee drinking the nectar of Lord Caitanya's lotus feet does not appear before the eyes". The Acarya sees that a coin has two sides the disciples usually are attached to only one side and criticize the other side creating a sect, seeing only their view from only one angle of Vision as all and all.

Yes the Uttamadhikari is never a conditioned soul. Srila Prabhupada states in the text 5 purport of Nectar of Instruction that we all know very well. In essence he says if one is very inteligent he should accept only a uttadikari vaishnavas as Guru. Still with the same breath Srila Prabhupada also said that one could take a lessor Guru on the same platform but they can not help one very well. So this is the complete picture, that devotional service performance is on multi levels. Srila prabhupada sees in this way the more complete picture or reality of how Krishna is working on various levels of devotional service but those who are too attached to one side of the coin or the other can only see their side; there for get into fighting with the other side of the coin. In essential Reality the devotees on both sides of the coin are learning the value of taking shelter of the uttamadikari vaishnava as Srila Prabhupada taught. Some have to learn the lessons in by working up to that realization( the other side of the coin). 

In the spirit of bhaktivodes saying in Sri krishna samitha intro. Those who posses confidential realization about higher truths, should keep such knowledge to themselves because those on another platform of devotional service will be disturbed. Use this knoweldge to rise oneself to a higher level, as Srila Prabhupada did. When our energy is purified becoming personable in our dealings with vaishnavas then we will naturally exchange ideas and realizations like swans.

Practically this is so even if such a teacher not yet mature in wisdom claims to represent a Bonfafide Acaraya. Those who want to taste wonderful nectar in the Holy Name, see everyone is situated on some level of devotional service and therefore do what is favorable for cultivating taste by dovetailing their propensity to criticize naturally occurring faults in devotees on the various rungs of the one ladder of devotional service. How can they dovetail? Following Lord Caitanya's instruction for the only remedy for the first offense to the Holy Name, Vaishnava apparada, of criticizing the various levels of devotees assisting the distribution of the Holy Name according to their various mentalities, levels of realizations, Intelligence and personal capacities to do so. Gauranga said in caitanya bhagavata. " Everyone listen! All living entities are my servants! Stop criticizing them and chant the Holy Names. " Lord Caitanya continued. The only remedy for a mouth that has criticized vaishnavas is to fill your mouths with praise, encouragement". If anyone feels discouraged, hopeless on this thread its because of criticizing or hearing criticism of the various levels of devotees who may have motives but are still doing some level of service for the cause. Personally I up for the challenge and just get more in a chivalrous mood as I found a new war to engage my fighting propensities in. War on ignorance caused by limited sectarian shortsighted vision.
