Update from Delhi Math October 31st

Update from Delhi Math October 31st

Dear devotees,

Please accept my dandavat pranams. All glories to Srila Gurudeva and Srila Prabhupada. All glories to Sri Sri Guru and Gauranga. All glories to Sri Sri Radha-Vinodehariji.

Srila Gurudeva’s condition is again stable, and the fluctuations have become less. For example, his blood pressure is stable, and the infection that troubled him some days ago is gone. Srila Gurudeva is telling the devotees when he wants a particular doctor and when he does not. Still, he needs a lot of rest. He has been asking about parikrama, wanting to know how many buses are going out and who is speaking at the pastime places. When Uddhava went to Vrindavana, he found to his amazement that Krishna was partially present in Mathura and fully present in Vrindavana, even though everyone in Vrindavan was feeling so much separation from Him. In that mood, Ramacandra Prabhu said this morning in class in the Delhi Math that Srila Gurudeva is partially present in Delhi and fully present on parikrama.

Brajesh Prabhu told me that the nutrition and ozone treatment are going on. He said that it would be very difficult to find anywhere the attention and treatment that Srila Gurudeva is getting. The mood amongst the devotees immediately around Srila Gurudeva is hopeful. Hence, there is no immediate plan to take Srila Gurudeva to Govardhan, because it would be more difficult for doctors to visit him there.

The determining factor is Srila Gurudeva’s desire. He is showing that he wants to stay with the devotees. We should continue to pray to Giriraja Govardhan for Srila Gurudeva’s health and strength.

Aspiring for service Sri Hari, Guru and Vaishnavas,
B V Nemi
